The definition of e-government is to computerize administrative procedures and processes to increase the effectiveness, efficiency, and responsiveness of government administration and services by using information technology, such as applications and web-based programs. E-government also can contribute to increasing a country’s total national output as government transparency and social fairness improved and enterprise-friendly administration realized.
